Bar SAM | 16 October

Date night, friends’ drinks, end-of-week debrief – Bar SAM is back just as we blossom into spring Friday 16 October from 5–8pm.

We’ve teamed up with the Elsewhere at SAM crew to bring their delicious drinks, bar snacks, and amazing service to our rooftop terrace bar, so get a group together and soak up the atmosphere while you enjoy one of the best views in town.

For this special October edition, the Archibald Prize 2026 will remain open until 6pm, giving you the perfect excuse to start your evening with a wander through Australia’s most celebrated portrait prize before heading upstairs for a drink.

Please note: Tickets to Bar SAM do not include entry to the Archibald Prize 2026 exhibition. Exhibition tickets can be booked separately via our website.
