Executive Director
Full-time position
The Executive Director is one of the two executive heads of SAM, working alongside the Artistic Director to provide shared strategic and organisational leadership. Both roles report directly to the SAM Ltd Board and work collaboratively to deliver SAM's mission, vision and strategic priorities.
The Executive Director will provide strategic oversight across governance, financial sustainability, people and culture, commercial operations, facilities, risk, compliance, technology and stakeholder relations, while being a highly visible advocate for SAM within the region and broader arts and cultural sector.

Finance & HR Administrator
Fixed-term, part-time position
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance & HR Administrator is responsible for supporting SAM's finance, payroll and human resources functions. The role manages day-to-day financial administration, supports fortnightly payroll, maintains employee records and HR systems, coordinates recruitment and onboarding, and provides general business administration support across the organisation.
