Jump down the rabbit hole and head to Riverlinks for school holiday fun!
From the producers that brought us modern and exciting kids entertainment including ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ and ‘Cinderella’, comes a brand new production of ‘Alice in Wonderland’.
The Council’s Manager of Performing Arts and Conventions, Mr Rob Robson, said the classic fairytale would feature a few new ingredients.
“As we have come to expect from Promac Productions, ‘Alice in Wonderland’ will be a presentation of the traditional story with lots of laughs and great music for children to sing-along and dance to,” Mr Robson said.
“A highlight will certainly be the performance from Brian Hannan, ‘the man with a thousand voices’, who will appear as both Tweedledee and the Mad Hatter.”
The show will also feature seasoned performers including Michelle Fitzmaurice, Alison Byrne, Phillip Wheeldon, and introduce new talent Amy Larson as Alice.
“A family fun day will be held in conjunction with the performances, with face painting and a workshop being held between the shows,” Mr Robson added.
‘Alice in Wonderland’ will be presented by Riverlinks and Promac Productions at 11.00 am and 1.00 pm on Wednesday 13th April at the Eastbank Centre.
