Join the SAM Ltd Board

SAM Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from individuals to join the SAM Ltd Board.

The Board comprises of ten Directors and is a skills-based Board. There are two Greater Shepparton City Council nominated positions, and one SAM Foundation representative. SAM Ltd is seeking two community members to join the Board.

The Board is specifically seeking candidates with experience in financial management, marketing communications, cultural tourism, and human resources. Individuals with experience in sponsorship, philanthropy, commercial operations, corporate governance, and/or business leadership would also be highly valued. The Board is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and welcomes applications from a broad representation of cultural and professional backgrounds.

The initial appointment to the SAM Ltd Board is for a 3-year term. (A maximum of three 3-year terms can be served).
SAM Ltd operates as a not-for-profit, charitable organisation and all Board positions are voluntary.
