SAM Autumn Camp 2024
School holidays at SAM are back for autumn! For artists aged 5 - 14, our range of free hands-on programs are perfect for keeping kids creating, thinking, and playing while school's out.
Please note that children under 12 years must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

MUSH/ROOM Mobiles
Be inspired by Beci Orpin’s marvelous MUSH/ROOM exhibition in our Children's Gallery to create a hanging mobile of fantastical fungi! Using a range of materials, kids will draw, design and construct mobiles in this drop-in workshop.

Think like a bird in this creative collage workshop! In this drop-in program, kids will craft a collaborative collage imagining a birds-eye view of the landscape, with the treetop views from SAM’s Level 4 as handy inspiration.

Are you a Healthy Eating Hero?
Filling your plate with the right mix of ingredients gives you superpowers – why else do you think they’re called superfoods?
Make your superhero mask with the SAM Camp team to create your own fruitful disguise. Collage a cucumber, draw some dairy, or glue on some leafy greens in this fun, drop-in workshop presented in partnership with Greater Shepparton City Council.
