Items are packaged to arrive safely. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving the goods. or (03) 4804 5000

All prices are in Australian dollars with GST included. Prices are subject to change without notice, including freight options. All items remain the property of SAM until paid for in full. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Processing Times & Order Details

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days of the order being entered into our system (excluding public holidays & weekends). All major Australian credit cards are accepted, however if you have any concerns, please contact us directly.

From time of order processing, please allow 10 business days for Australian postage, keeping in mind that during high volume periods, delays may be encountered at this current time.

Freight costs & tracking 

Standard postage rates apply to all items and are automatically calculated at the checkout.

We will include your Australia Post tracking number in your confirmation email.

Freight costs are compiled from Australia Post.

Delivery delays

We will do our best to get your orders sent promptly. Please note that postage timelines and delays entirely depends on Australia Post.

Return of Goods

Please choose carefully. We do not issue refunds or accept cancellations for change of mind purchases. We offer exchange or issue a store credit note provided items are returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original and saleable condition with proof of purchase.

All sales are final unless deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you will be offered a replacement (where possible). Prior to this happening please photograph the faulty/damaged item/s as proof of the problem and email the images to SAM Shop within 24 hours of receiving goods. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods for postage reimbursement.

No exchanges or refunds will be applicable on consignment items for change of mind, unless the goods are damaged, faulty or not as described. Consignment items will be noted in the item description.
