Once upon a time… there was a storybook exhibition at Shepparton Art Museum waiting to be explored…  

Featuring artwork from the SAM Collection, this exhibition invites young visitors to dream up new tales or reimagine old favourites. With colourful labels dotted around with playful prompts, kids are invited to create their own stories inspired by the characters and artworks on display. 

Along with the artworks, kids can engage in creative play through a number of art activities, including Art Cards, fill-in-the-blank fables, and word magnets all ready for storytellers to spin their yarns.
