Bar SAM: A bar with a view

Date night, friends’ drinks, end-of-week debrief – your new favourite location for an evening out has just dropped.

We’ve teamed up with the Elsewhere at SAM crew to bring you an ambient bar experience on our Level 4, where you can enjoy drinks and bar snacks in an architectural space while taking in the best view in town. Due to the overwhelming demand we experience on our first opening, we've added a secondary bar on our terrace to make sure the drinks keep flowing at a smooth pace!

The next Bar SAM opening is on Thursday 17 April from 5pm-8pm - where better to ring in the extra-long weekend than Bar SAM?

Bar SAM: Location, dates, and details

Bar SAM is located on Level 4 of Shepparton Art Museum at 530 Wyndham Street, Shepparton. Access to the bar is strictly via the elevator from the building's ground floor. Free entry - no cover charge.

Bar SAM will be open on select dates, with our next date coming up on Thursday 17 April. All upcoming dates will be published on our website's event page, in our monthly newsletter, and on our social media channels.

Bar SAM is a walk-in only, 18 + venue.

Shepparton Art Museum acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the Land of Greater Shepparton: the Yorta Yorta Nation, whose clans include the Bangerang, Kailtheban, Wollithiga, Moira, Ulupna, Kwat Kwat, Yalaba Yalaba and Ngurai-illiam-wurrung people.

We pay respect to their Tribal Elders, we celebrate their continuing culture, and we acknowledge the memory of their ancestors.
