This pair of Sulphur Crested Cockatoos are native to the Yuendumu region and are one of the birds that Karen loves to paint. Her observation of birds is reflected in her intuitive representation of them. Karen is a bird lover, she takes their colour and life and records the bird life of Yuendumu onto canvas.
